Sound & Serenity : Yoga & Sound Bath

Move your body, quiet your mind, and settle into sound surrounded by the greenery at Carol Watson’s Greenhouse.

We’ll start with 30 minutes of slow, feel-good movement to release tension (no yoga experience needed), followed by a restorative sound bath with singing bowls to help your nervous system downshift.
All levels welcome.

Bring: a blanket, and optional pillow/eye cover and anything that helps you get cozy.
