Motion Hearing - *Important* Trial Date Decisions

On July 2nd, Josie Dikemans attorneys filed a “Motion for Continuance” and on July 1st, her attorneys also filed a “CRT APPEALS: Def Petition for Leave to appeal a non-final order entered in the Lax Co Circuit CRT, Honorable Judge EML presiding”, which if approved by Judge Elliott Levine would set back the dates for trial.

Our family isn’t happy to hear this as we’ve been waiting for 2 years and Alexavier is awaiting and delayed his justice already…. We need closure and have planned out our schedules throughout the month of August to be there for him during trial. This waiting is crucial and to think his alleged murderer will be free for a longer period of time, as she is currently already out on bond is infuriating!

On July 8th, the court scheduled a motion hearing to either deny or approve this matter on July 15th, 2025 at 3:30pm.
