August continues our third quarter theme, "The Colors of Community," with a spotlight on the artists and stories that shape our sense of place. This month’s focus, “Local Artists,” honors the creativity of our region by featuring artists whose work captures the heart of La Crosse. Come explore a dynamic lineup of talent from right here in our own backyard. Whether it’s a familiar street corner illustrated in detail or a tribute to the Driftless, this month’s exhibit will begin at our monthly First Friday Artwalk Reception on Friday August 1st, from 4pm-7pm.
