🤍The Balancing Act: Meeting Your Children's and Your Own Needs Before, During, and After Difficult Times🤍

Parenting is the best and most difficult job you'll ever have, but life is about seasons, and some seasons are a lot harder than others. No matter the season, your children have needs, and you have needs. Balancing it all can feel very overwhelming. Please join Karn Schwartzhoff, ISD #300 Licensed Parent Educator and Early Childhood Coordinator, in partnership with Bluff Country Family Resources for this series of conversations about setting ourselves and our children up to getting our needs met even when things get tricky.

This event is provided at no cost. Childcare will be provided.

Supporting children during a challenging time while also prioritizing your own health and well-being.

Helping children rebuild and recover after a challenging time.
