May Seventh Wave Sound Healing Sound Bath

Join us for the May Seventh Wave Sound Healing Sound Bath at Crescent Moon Yoga! Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations that will wash away all your stress and tension. This in-person event will be a unique experience to relax, rejuvenate, and realign your mind, body, and spirit. Let the sound waves of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other healing instruments guide you to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. Don't miss out on this opportunity to treat yourself to a night of pure bliss and healing!

What to bring?

• yoga mat
• pillow/s
• blanket/s
• eye mask (also available to for $1)

Pro-tips:

1. An eye mask is very helpful this time of year when it stays bright outside
2. Bring at least two pillows, one for under your head and one for under your knees - this will help you sink into the space more comfortably as you will be on the floor for the hour sound journey
3. Make sure to dress in cozy clothes that will keep you relaxed and warm throughout the hour
4. Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to get settled into your personal cocoon and to help start on-time. Doors close promptly at 6:30pm when the Sound Bath begins.
5. Give yourself time or integration afterwards. The sounds are powerful in person, so allow yourself time to reflect after with a gentle evening to follow. Perhaps take a salt bath or walk in nature.
