Welcome to the June Seventh Wave Sound Healing Sound Bath!

Come join us at Crescent Moon Yoga for a rejuvenating experience of sound healing and relaxation. Let the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other healing instruments wash over you, melting away stress and tension.

Our skilled sound healer, Rana Jayne from Seventh Wave Sound Healing LLC will guide you through a meditative sound journey, using a variety of instruments to create a harmonious atmosphere for deep relaxation.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and an open heart to fully immerse yourself in this unique sonic experience. Limited spots available, so be sure to reserve your spot today!

What to bring?

Pro-tips:

1. An eye mask is particularly helpful during the bright months of summer
2. Bring at least two pillows - one for under your head and one for under your knees. This will help you sink into the space more as you are on the floor for the hour sound journey
3. A thicker yoga mat or great blankets will also help your comfort on the floor
4. Comfy clothes to ensure you are warm and cozy - perhaps socks as your will not have shoes on in the yoga studio space
5. Arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to help create your cocoon and get settled in. Doors close promptly at 6:30pm for the Sound Journey to begin.
