About the event

マハシーと可愛い揚げ菓子ルゲイマット

京都市北区の自宅でやっている中東料理教室です。

「マハシー」は野菜に詰め物をしたアラブ料理の総称です。トルコでは「ドルマ」と呼ばれます。
米、ひき肉、ハーブ、スパイスを詰め、薄味のトマトスープで煮た、しみじみ美味しい家庭料理です。
肉厚のピーマンやパプリカ、ズッキーニ、茄子などを、一緒にくり抜いて作りましょう。

サラダやバタタ・ハラなどの副菜も作ります。

デザートは、コロコロと可愛いアラブの伝統菓子ルゲイマット。揚げ菓子ですが、パフパフと軽い食感で、甘さ控えめです。UAE風にデーツシロップと胡麻をトッピングします。
