Waterleaf Playground Ribbon Cutting

This Halloween, there’s more than candy to be excited about! The City of Kyle Parks and Recreation Department invites the community to join them for the new Waterleaf Playground Ribbon Cutting at Waterleaf Park, 628 Abundance Lane, on Friday, October 31 at 6 p.m.

Stop by before or during your trick-or-treating adventures to celebrate the grand opening of the new playground! Enjoy brief remarks, free BBQ sandwiches (while supplies last), music, candy, and be one of the first to experience the new playground.

The new nature-themed playground, done in partnership with Whirlix Design Inc., features inclusive play elements, upgraded surfacing, an additional shade structure, communications boards, a zip line, and perimeter sidewalk seating.
