Steeplechase Playground Ribbon Cutting

The City of Kyle Parks and Recreation Department invites the community to join them for the new Steeplechase Playground Ribbon Cutting at Steeplechase Park, 295 Hallie Drive, on Friday, August 29 at 6:30 p.m.

Join us for brief remarks, free BBQ sandwiches (while supplies last), music, a bubble and chalk art zone for kids, and be the first to experience the new playground!

The new playground, done in partnership with Whirlix Design Inc., features inclusive play elements to support sensory, cognitive, and physical development, along with upgraded surfacing, accessible sidewalks, ramps, and seating to ensure ADA compliance. The modern-concept design includes additional shade, sidewalk, and seating around the playground.
