Join the City of Kyle and NewQuest Properties as we break ground on Kyle Park, a 101-acre mixed-use development on Wednesday, February 4 at 11 a.m. at 246 Republic Drive.
Kyle Park, located at the northwest corner of Interstate 35 and Bebee Road, features a features a multi-phase mix of retail, restaurants, specialty shops, wellness and personal care services, with additional opportunities for office space and entertainment options.
Current confirmed businesses include anchor tenants like Dick’s Sporting Goods, TJ Maxx and Barnes and Noble, popular restaurants like BJ’s Brewhouse, Gringo’s and Raising Canes, with additional shopping, retail and dining opportunities to be announced. The project, approved by Kyle City Council in December 2023, is estimated to create at least 800 full-time jobs and generate at least $2.5 million in sales taxes and $1 million in property taxes annually.
