July Movie in the Park

Embark on a majestic journey under the stars at Movies in the Park hosted by the City of Kyle Parks and Recreation Department.

The July Movie in the Park, Mufasa (PG), will be shown on Friday, July 18 at La Verde Park, 3901 Burnham, starting at sunset, which is roughly 7 p.m. This captivating story explores the early life of the iconic lion king and offers a deeper look into his journey and the events that shaped his legacy, making it an engaging film for all ages.

Attendees are encouraged to bring something to sit on; blankets and chairs are allowed. Personal food and coolers are also allowed, but please dispose of items in the trash and recycle bins available at Lake Kyle Park. Pets are allowed but must remain on leash.

Come for the movie and stay for a chance to win a prize by completing a survey posted at Movies in the Park. Attendees who complete the survey and show staff will be entered into a raffle ticket drawing at the end of the event.
