Ren, drink, herhaal! Trek je loopschoenen aan en bereid je voor op de meest hilarische mijl van het jaar. Combineer sport met plezier, want bij Beermiles draait alles om gezelligheid en bier! 🍺🏃‍♂️

regels:
Start met een bier: Drink een volle pint (33 cl) bier vóór elke ronde.
Rondje lopen: Ren 400 meter na het leegdrinken van je pint.
Herhalen: Herhaal dit 4 keer (bier + 400 meter = 1 ronde).
Alles op = geldig: Het bier moet volledig op zijn voordat je mag starten met rennen.
