Want to enjoy a nice cold beer after a bootcamp? Come join us at Saucony Creek for a morning workout and stay for a beer after. Steve Fariss will be designing and running the workout to include most of not all muscle groups. Come get your sweat on, meet some great people and enjoy the beer.
$15 includes one 10oz beer. Gloves are recommended.
