✨ A 3-day journey of embodiment, sound and somatics. SOMAS is a unique felt sonic experience inviting a journey of self inquiry, unwinding, nervous system re-patterning and expression, opening to an integrated and embodied approach of Non-Dual Tantra teachings. We will explore The Three Malas: Anava, Mayiya and Karma, excavating how these veils of illusion prevent us from realising our true nature.
♥️ We will embrace the power of sound to shift and navigate consciousness, with expressive soundscapes, mantras and voice activation.
🌿 Combined with the science of somatics and embodied movement, we will explore new pathways of the body mind. To re-pattern and reshape consciousness to bring us home into harmonious presence, our natural and organic state of being.
This is a new unfolding offering that has evolved from the beginning of this year. We have offered SOMAS at Alchemy Ubud, Ahama Turkey, and Soul London.
