Relaxing Sound Bath with Cass Mercurio

✨Immerse yourself in a one-hour restorative journey of sound with alchemy crystal singing bowls, bansuri, handpan, and duduk.

Participants will hear and feel gentle frequencies and binaural beats that stimulate the vagus nerve and increase the occurrence of theta brain waves, encouraging deep meditation and/or light sleep.

🧠These brain waves are linked to creativity, intuition, and access to the subconscious mind. Participants leave feeling relaxed, rested, and more peaceful.

Cass have been a sound healer for eight years and have offered this at more than 50 venues throughout the world (USA, Caribbean, Europe, Bali).
