🌻Join us for a morning of classical relaxing Yoga, Pranayam, Meditation & Yoga Nidra. Explore the throat and sacral Chakras.

9.00 am - 12.30 pm
With tea and refreshments.

🌿Then optional meal preparation guided by our friend and yoga teacher Gangaji before she returns to Hungary. Together we will enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch.
