Join us for a morning of classical relaxing Yoga, Pranayam, Meditation & Yoga Nidra exploring the Chakras.
With tea and refreshments in our Kureelpa studio.

Followed by optional lunch preparation and meal, 12.45 - 2.30 pm
simple, healthy, plantbased, dairy & gluten free.

Cost $50 or $90 for 2 people

concession $40

Contribution to the optional lunch $30 (part of workshop) or $40 by itself (arrive by 12.30 pm)

If money is an issue we can discuss Karma Yoga (volunteer work) as an energy exchange.
