Introducing an event lovingly dedicated to you, your partner and your relationship. An event for couples and pairs to come and deepen into your connection and discover more aliveness and more intimacy together.
Embodiment, presence and connection exercises, non-sexual conscious touch and transformative conscious conversation models. These beautiful practices are the tools you can savour on the evening, AND take away and integrate into your lives together.
We will begin with ritual to create a sacred space and open our hearts. Then we’ll guide everybody into a deeply relaxed and embodied state with nervous systems regulated and ready for deep presence and connection. We will then tune in to ourselves and give to ourselves. Then and only then, will we open to connect with our partners, to begin to co-regulate with our partners and to give and receive from a place of wholeness and self-love.
These practices are delicious and blissful. They also provide an opportunity to truly open to one another, to be truly receptive to one another, to give from a place of wholeness and of feeling tuned into both yourself and your partner. From there, you can give your complete attention to your partner and fully see and receive all that your partner has to give.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Couples ......AND/OR people who...
* want a different kind of special, fun, and blissfully connective night out together.
* find it difficult to slow down and connect amidst the busyness of your lives.
* would like to practise conversations in a safe space that help you to reveal more vulnerably, with more impact, and connect from the heart in presence.
* are experiencing that conflict, challenges, mental noise and difficult feelings, such as criticism, dissatisfaction, projections (and other things you can't elucidate) are making it hard to relax into the body together and feel your true connection.
* have one or both partners wanting more non-sexual touch in the relationship. (Perhaps there's fear and the experience that intimacy always gives the idea that you want sex, but you want other kinds of intimacy too!)
* struggle to know what you really want or don't want to receive and give and/or don't know how to communicate it.
* who have one or both partners feeling too tired/exhausted/overwhelmed/depleted to give, so just don't initiate any intimacy at all.
* are dealing with past trauma and/or attachment wounds that have arisen, causing a block you don't know how to get past together.

WHAT SORT OF THINGS WILL WE DO?
We love to make space for emergence - intuitively tuning into what’s right for the night. But here are some of the activities that generally take place:
* Sacred space opening ritual and heart opening meditation
* Conversation models which support you to attune into each other's inner worlds and heart space
* Exercises for dropping into your own body, connecting to your senses and inner sensations, dispelling tension, relaxing, slowing down, feeling the pleasure of being present in and moving your own body
*Playful group connection exercises for that little injection of the One Love.
* Exercises for feeling light and fun together with your partner
* Exercises for sensing the presence and energy of your partner and your connection
* Eye gazing
* Holding and being held
* Conscious non-sexual touch exercises
* Facilitated exercises to feel into what you want to receive and how to ask for it in the present moment
* Giving and receiving ceremony with yummy home-made treats and things to delight the senses
* Opportunity for reflection within your couple and in the group, if you want to, for mutual support and connection to the relating collective, finding solace in shared experience.

WHAT TO BRING AND WHAT TO WEAR
Wear comfy clothes that you feel good in and can move freely in.
Bring your own water bottle.
Bring a yoga mat if you'd prefer to lie on it when we get on the floor.
Eat dinner before you come if you'd like. Some light dessert treats will be part of the evening’s ceremony.

We have a three-tier price system for this event. We feel the event is very valuable, but we also don't want to make it unavailable for people who are on a lower income or financially challenged at the moment. We know that we're dealing with a wide range of financial levels, and while we are working on making a living from our offerings, we also do it very much for love and in the spirit of inclusion. We ask you to be honest with your choice of payment bracket. Thank you

ABOUT YOUR HOSTS
Tess and Caitlin have been on a soulmate relating journey together for over 12 years now and they became devoted to learning the arts and tools of conscious communication, nervous system co-regulation and embodied intimacy while alchemising their relationship. They’ve been passionate about embodied expression and authentic connection for many years and love living, learning and sharing it in their workshops and events with others. Their signature event, Sensual Delight Night has been offered in Kuranda for almost 3 years now. Caitlin is an intimate communication coach, Tess is an attunement practitioner and their passion for theatre, dance, art, tantra, relating, and Jungian psychology all find expression in myriad ways in their soulmate life and work adventure together, and into the Sensual Delight Nights.
