These dynamic events will use real life examples to explore how we can:
* Increase our capacity to engage effectively with others even in challenging situations + long-term dynamics
* Cut the exhausting guesswork by attending to what will really make a difference
* Transform patterns of separation, scarcity and powerlessness into TOGETHERNESS, CHOICE + FLOW
* Stay open, curious and effective when tension arises
* Be in the world with nothing to hide
* Contribute to others well-being while simultaneously attending to ours
* Maximise readiness to respond to all of life - no matter how it shows up
Two Events in July, 2025:
Weekend 1 - EMBRACE 1. NVC INTRO/ REFRESHER Foundations Course 19-20 July 9:30am - 5:30pm
Learn the skills and principles of Non Violent Communication in a safe and interactive group workshop.
Contribution: $180-$380 sliding scale, $140 - resit with Kate (for those who have previously trained with Kate).

Weekend 2 - EMBRACE 2. NVC PRACTICE WEEKEND - Sat 26th + Sun 27th July 2025, 9.30 am - 5.30pm
Extend on the skills and principles of Non Violent Communication in a safe and interactive group workshop (pre-requisite is EMBRACE 1 or equivalent).
Topics include:
* Working with vision - a powerful calling
* Conflict - a doorway to connection
* Finishing Business

$200 - $600 sliding scale,
