ORA 4x4 Introduction & Practical Driving Training

The Introduction to 4×4 Driving course is primarily designed to acquaint you with your 4×4 vehicle in terms of the functioning and application of the 4WD system of the vehicle. The importance of tyre pressures, and the consideration and implication of vehicle dimensions are also discussed.

The driver will get the opportunity to assess and negotiate the basic types of off-road obstacles (cross-over, ascent, descent and side slope).

The course consists of a 2-hour theoretical session, followed by a 3-hour practical driving session, and is ideal for total novice who wish to learn more about their vehicles. A minimum of 5 vehicles per session is required, up to a maximum of 10 vehicles.

The course is hosted at Zevenwacht Wine Estate.

Certificates are issued upon completion by ORA & All Terrain 4x4.
