One of a Kind: Bidayuh Bridge, Design and Build Course, Borneo 2025

Want to learn how to build with bamboo in the heart of Borneo?
Join us 21 to 30 August 2025 for a 10 day immersive bridge building course in the rainforest - this year hosted by the Bidayuh Community Association.



This is more than just a design and build course, it’s a creative journey, where you’ll harvest bamboo, develop ideas, make models and help construct a bridge using traditional Bidayuh methods.



You’ll stay at Ngapuh Homestead, surrounded by lush jungle, sharing home cooked Bidayuh meals and exploring local longhouses, waterfalls and visiting the orangutans nearby.
