Keep up the momentum as we train for the *Score Marathon*! Join us for this week's Long Slow Distance (LSD) session:

📍 Location: LHDN, Jalan Duta
📜 Program: 2-hour long run
⏰ Time: Gather at 5:30 AM, Flag off at 6:10 AM
👕 Dress Code: Blue/ Shokz

A Few Notes to Keep in Mind:
♻️ Please bring your own cup to help reduce waste.
🚰 Stay hydrated—come prepared with water.
⚠️ Run at your own risk and listen to your body.
⭕ Slow down if needed.
🌄 Take time to enjoy the route and morning scenery.
🌨️ Weather Policy: Light rain = 30-minute delay / Heavy rain = LSD canceled.
