Angku Kuih & Kueh Kochi Workshop

Join us for a hands-on workshop to learn the art of making two traditional Malaysian delicacies – Kuih Kochi and Angku Kuih.
Kuih Kochi – a fragrant glutinous rice dumpling filled with sweet grated coconut, wrapped in banana leaf and steamed to perfection.
Angku Kuih – the famous red tortoise-shaped kuih, made with soft chewy skin and filled with mung bean paste, symbolizing prosperity and longevity.
In this workshop, participants will:
* Learn step-by-step preparation of the dough, fillings, and wrapping techniques
* Discover tips to get the perfect texture and vibrant colors
* Bring home their handmade kuih to enjoy and share
Perfect for beginners and kuih lovers who want to experience traditional heritage recipes in a fun, interactive session!

- 6 pieces of mung bean Angku Kuih
- 4 pieces of Kueh Kochi

*Full payment is required upon confirmation, no refund, no carry forward, but transferable to 3rd party only for same day event
*Minimum 2 pax to kick off the workshop . Otherwise; studio reserved the right to postpone or refund.
