Chocolate Tasting

Did you know that we all taste different? Not like that! In this workshop we’ll calibrate our own senses of taste. Then use those senses to chocolate from different parts of Malaysia, each shaped by its terroir, roast, and fermentation. One bean can taste of red fruit, nuts, or honey, depending on how it’s treated.

A drink is included, of course.
