Magalies Route :
Not suitable for beginner's or novice riders.
We recommend that you have done at least 3x 35/40km and 2 x 50km rides before attempting a 70km.
This is a social ride.
This is an endurance ride. We will be stopping at the Spar for refreshments, so bring your method of payment.We will stop there until everyone is ready to go back.
Our route will take us
On a little loop of the quarry, farmlands, a mix-up of exciting trails and dirt roads. We may cycle up the concrete strip .. but NO railway bridge crossing.
There is NO backup vehicle.
Should you bring a friend or family member, please ride with them...stick together even if you are faster than what they are.
Bring enough hydration and nutrition for the distance.
Even though you cycle tubless, you need to carry a tube, master links, pumps, bombs, etc., you need to carry spares should you experience a technical or mechanical issue on the ride.

Every rider is responsible for their own safety and judge for themselves whether they and their equipment are fit to take part.
We will not be held liable should anything happen to yourself or your bike.
Should there be anyone willing to take a faster paced group and know our planned route, please feel free to contact us. Should no one be available to take a faster paced ride, we will all cycle together as a group
