Week 4 - Lymphatic System (Monday October 27th)

This workshop could be for anyone who might have been feeling a bit under the weather recently, suffering with a sluggish immune system, Lymphedema, or maybe you've done a little bit too much 'good living' recently.

The lymphatic system is a critical part of our immune system, and in this class, we will go through techniques to help with lymphatic drainage, including tapping, which also stimulates meridians and then movements specific to help with lymph movement. This workshop should leave you feeling lighter and brighter straight away!
