VW T3 klub vas vabi na tradicionalni XII. Kombi susret v kamp Tiha – Šilo, Krk, kjer smo se od poletja poslavljali že zadnji dve leti.
Ob prijavi je potrebno navesti število vozil, število odraslih udeležencev in število otrok, željeno mesto parkiranja (plan parkiranja dodan spodaj v komentarjih), število in velikosti majčk, ter napovedati udeležbo na pohodu (zaradi okvirnega predhodnega naročila narezkov). Dovoljeni so hišni ljubljenčki (obvezno na povodcih!).
Ker bo, podobno kot pretekla leta, veljal predhodni dogovor o parkiranju, se vsak udeleženec najprej »štemplja« na parceli 12, kjer stanujemo Ausovi.
Na »Anton Aus check – in« se za vsako vozilo plača prijavnina 5 eur, za kar prejmete nalepko srečanja.
Po naročilu bodo na voljo bele majčke brez rokavov po ceni 10 eur / kos z logotipom srečanja (slika sledi kmalu).
Cenik za kamp (plačate na recepciji kampa) je sledeč:
- Parcela: 20 eur / avto /noč (parcele z več vozili si delite strošek parcele - npr. 2 kombija, vsak 10 eur)
- Odrasla oseba 8 eur / noč
- Otrok (3 – 11,99 let) 6 eur / noč
- Turistična taksa okoli 2 eur / dan / osebo
Obstaja tudi možnost rezervacije mobilne hišice (trenutno so na voljo vse v prvi vrsti). Za udeležence srečanja je cena 160 eur / dan (redna cena 200 eur / dan). Ob rezervaciji je potrebno predplačilo 30% cene. Za to poskrbi udeleženec sam po navodilih kampa.
Kot že rečeno, bomo nadaljevali s tradicionalnim sobotnim pohodom do izletniške točke Smokvik, kjer se lahko okrepčamo z narezki pršuta in sira. Odhod iz kampa okoli 17:00, vračamo se poljubno). Ker nas je običajno veliko, vnaprej prijavite, za koliko oseb želite kak narezek, da se bo na Smokviku čim manj čakalo.
Če bomo pa dolgo čakali, bomo lahko pa več spili 😉
Na srečanju bomo podelili nagrado za najbolj oddaljenega udeleženca (za najbližjega je nagrado dobil že lani za par let vnaprej) ter za najstarejše vozilo.
Prav tako smo celo leto lobirali pri tistih, ki »delajo« vreme in trenutno imamo obljubljeno lepše kot lani.
The VW T3 club invites you to the traditional XII. Kombi meeting at the Tiha campsite – Šilo, Krk, where we have been saying goodbye to the summer for the past two years.
When registering, you must indicate the number of vehicles, the number of adult participants and the number of children, the desired parking spot (parking plan added below in the comments), number and sizes of sleevless T-shirts and announce your participation in the hike (due to the preliminary order of cold cuts). Pets are allowed (on leashes!).
Since, similar to previous years, a prior agreement on parking will apply, we ask each participant to first register at the Aus registration point.
At the "Anton Aus check-in" a registration fee of 5 euros is paid for each vehicle, for which you will receive a meeting sticker.
Upon order, white sleeveless T-shirts will be available at a price of 10 euros / piece with the meeting logo (picture coming soon).
The price list for the camp (payable at the camp reception) is as follows:
- Pitch: 20 eur / car / night (More than one vehicle / lot, you share the cost - example: 2 vans, 10 eur each)
- Adult 8 eur / night
- Child (3 – 11.99 years) 6 eur / night
- Tourist tax around 2 eur / day / person
There is also the possibility of booking a mobile home (currently all mobile homes in the first row are available). For participants of the meeting the price is 160 eur / day (regular price 200 eur / day). A 30% prepayment of the price is required when booking. This is to be arranged by the participant himself according to the camp's instructions.
As already mentioned, we will continue with the traditional Saturday hike to the Smokvik excursion point, where we can refresh ourselves with sliced ham and cheese. Departure from the camp is at about 5PM, return hour as desired. Since there are usually many of us, please register in advance how many people you want a sliced ham for so that there is as little waiting at Smokvik as possible.
But if we wait a long time, we can drink more 😉
At the meeting, we will award a prize for the farthest participant (the closest one won the prize last year, a couple of years in advance) and for the oldest vehicle.
We have also been lobbying all year with those who arrange the weather and currently we are promised better weather than last year.
