This retreat is a return- to the old ways, the simple ways. Song around the fire. Prayer in the heart. Stillness in nature. Nourishment from the lands around us.
For one weekend in the Swedish forest, we come together to remember. To honor sound as medicine. Ceremony as healing. Community as sanctuary.
Everything becomes sacred- the way we breathe, move, eat, sing, and listen. This is a space where your full self is welcome. A space to soften, express, receive, and reconnect.

🌺 Mantra chanting and medicine music
🌸 Sound healing journeys with voice, instruments, and silence
🌺 Breathwork, yoga, and embodiment practices
