Ten kurs jest również modułem naszego zaawansowanego szkolenia nauczycieli 300TTC w jodze 5 elementów, ale jest odpowiedni dla każdego, kto ma pewne doświadczenie w jodze.
Yin Yoga to terapeutyczna praktyka jogi, która korzystnie wpływa na kości, stawy, mięśnie, powięź i układ nerwowy. Swoją wiedzę czerpie z tradycji Hatha Jogi i Medycyny Chińskiej i jest najbliższa najstarszym opisom jogi. Ten kurs jest przeznaczony dla wszystkich praktykujących poprzez ciało i umysł oraz wszystkich zainteresowanych pogłębieniem praktyki Yin Jogi.

Kurs obejmuje teorię, praktykę (38 asan), materiały informacyjne i certyfikat.

This course is also a module of our 300TTC Advanced Teacher Training in 5 Elements Yoga, but is suitable for everyone with some yoga experience.
Yin Yoga is a therapeutic yoga practice which benefits the bones, joints, muscles, fascia and the nervous system. It derives its knowledge from the Hatha yoga and Chinese Medicine traditions and is the closest to the most ancient descriptions of yoga. This course is for all mind-body practitioners and anyone interested in deepening their Yin Yoga practice.
