With a fusion cocktail of confusion, these sessions offer a unique opportunity to actively practice Conscious Craziness for a less crazy life.

During the session, you will engage in a variety of activities inspired by deep worldly retreats that will guide you towards a more fulfilled and genuine life.
These practices include :
-Ice breakers activities.
-body shake.
-non-verbal releasing of unprocessed emotions.
-A fun emotional roller coaster ride for detoxification.
-dancing
-breath work
-sensual body exploration
-a guided meditation for relaxation/ awareness and for deep healing according what is needed at the time.
-Self-reflection activity.
