What we’ll be doing:

1️⃣ Trust-building Breathing Exercise (3-5 minutes)
2️⃣ Meditation Technique 1 (Breath/Auditory/Visual Focus – 5-10 minutes)
3️⃣ Energy Awareness (Heart & Throat – Chakra-based) (10 minutes)
4️⃣ Meditation Technique 2 (Audio & Breath-based – 7-10 minutes)
5️⃣ Rest & Integration (2-5 minutes)
