With over 12 years of personal meditation and mindfulness practice, I'm passionate about sharing the insights and knowledge I've gained. I’m an experienced meditation guide, mindfulness coach, and the host of my Spotify podcast, “Guided Meditations with Alia.”
Alia's meditations aren't designed for specific issues like stress or anxiety. Instead, they chronologically follow her own spiritual and self-discovery journey, allowing you to explore these universal steps alongside me. It's a journey of discovery that we belive can be profoundly helpful for your own path.
We are excited to meditate with you and share this experience! Join us for a relaxed and welcoming introduction to meditation, no pressure, no dogma, and no religious affiliation. This session is designed for beginners or anyone curious about meditation but unsure where to start.
We’ll explore what meditation really is (and what it’s not), the different types of practice, and why short daily repetition can be more powerful than long occasional sessions. Most importantly, we’ll talk about how misinformation and misconceptions often make meditation feel harder than it actually is.
The meeting includes two guided meditation sessions of 15 minutes, with a break in between to share thoughts, ask questions, and reflect together. Whether you're just starting out or looking to reconnect with the basics, this is a space to slow down, listen, and rediscover presence.
