Przed nami trzy wieczory wyjątkowego kina dokumentalnego, w którym muzyka nie jest tylko tłem – staje się główną bohaterką. Na Placu przed Galerią Kazimierz zaprezentujemy filmy, które ukazują niezwykłych artystów i różnorodność form dokumentalnych – od osobistego eseju po energetyczny zapis koncertu.
🎞 30 maja – „Serce psa", reż. Laurie Anderson
Poetycki, wizualny esej, w którym artystka dzieli się osobistymi wspomnieniami, filozoficznymi refleksjami i muzyką. Intymna opowieść o życiu, stracie i twórczości.
🎞 31 maja – „Amy", reż. Asif Kapadia
Poruszający portret Amy Winehouse stworzony wyłącznie z materiałów archiwalnych. Film oddaje głos samej artystce i jej najbliższym, ukazując dramatyczne kulisy sławy.
🎞 1 czerwca – „Stop Making Sense", reż. Jonathan Demme
Uważany za jeden z najlepszych filmów koncertowych w historii. Rejestracja legendarnego występu Talking Heads to prawdziwe widowisko – pełne rytmu, energii i filmowej maestrii.
Każdy z tych filmów to inne spojrzenie na artystę i inne oblicze dokumentu – od intymnego eseju po koncertową ekstazę.

On the square in front of Galeria Kazimierz, we’ll screen films that portray extraordinary artists and showcase the diversity of the documentary form — from intimate visual essays to electrifying concert experiences.
🎞 May 30 – „Heart of a Dog", dir. Laurie Anderson
A poetic visual essay where the artist shares personal memories, philosophical reflections, and music. An intimate story about life, loss, and creation.
🎞 May 31 – „Amy", dir. Asif Kapadia
A deeply affecting portrait of Amy Winehouse crafted entirely from archival footage. The film gives voice to the artist and those closest to her, revealing the high cost of fame.
🎞 June 1 – „Stop Making Sense", dir. Jonathan Demme
