I’m Bige, a licensed psychotherapist and yoga teacher, and I warmly invite you to the Full Moon Release with Psychodrama Women’s Circle at my space, Soul O’Clock.
As a woman, a space-holder, and a seeker, I’ve experienced the quiet power of intentional gatherings where silence is sacred, emotions are honored, and transformation becomes possible. Under the radiant light of the Full Moon, we gather to release what no longer serves and create space for what is ready to emerge. Rooted in both Eastern spirituality and the scientific foundations of Western psychology, my approach bridges two worlds. From the East, I draw presence, ritual, and reverence for the unseen; from the West, I bring evidence-based practices and psychological insight. This blend allows me to hold space for the human experience in all its complexity, body, mind, soul, and spirit, honoring both what can be measured and what can only be felt.
The Full Moon marks a peak, a time of illumination and truth. A time to shed emotional residue, limiting beliefs, outdated roles, and inherited burdens. In a safe and nurturing space, we’ll journey inward using psychodrama, embodiment, journaling, ritual, and presence.

● Psychodrama - The Timeline Ritual
A guided psychodrama process through symbolic time-spaces: past, present, and future.
➤ Physically place your burden in the “past,” and step into the qualities you wish to embody in your future self.
● Fire Ritual: Letting Go
Witness the burn of your written burdens in our shared fire pot as a symbolic act of release under the moonlight.
● Integration & Sharing
A reflection circle: no advice, just witnessing and presence.
● Closing with Movement & Meditation
Soft, yin-inspired movement and grounding meditation to seal the space.
