Deep Listening to the Streets of Kazimierz

Metoda Deep Listening®, opracowana przez nieżyjącą już kompozytorkę Pauline Oliveros w latach 70., „bada różnicę między mimowolnym charakterem słyszenia a świadomym aktem słuchania.”
Ten warsztat o charakterze doświadczalnym jest otwarty dla uczestników z różnych środowisk i będzie okazją do eksplorowania dynamicznego krajobrazu Kazimierza poprzez serię praktyk kontemplacyjnych.
Dara Bramson jest certyfikowaną facylitatorką Deep Listening®, mieszkała w Krakowie w latach 2011–2017 i wciąż uważa JCC Krakow za swoją domową społeczność żydowską.

Deep Listening®, developed by late composer Pauline Oliveros in the 1970s, “explores the difference between the involuntary nature of hearing and the conscious nature of listening.” This experiential workshop is open to participants of all backgrounds and will explore the dynamic landscape of Kazimierz through a series of contemplative practices.

Dara Bramson is a certified Deep Listening® facilitator who was based in Kraków from 2011-2017 and still considers JCC Krakow her home Jewish community.
