Malaysian International Cocoa Fair 2025

Malaysia International Cocoa Fair (MICF) 2025 is making its grand debut in Kota Kinabalu from 24 to 27 May at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC)!

Organised by the Malaysian Cocoa Board, MICF is a key international platform to promote Malaysia’s cocoa sector and connect local and global industry players.

I recently visited Cocoa Kingdom KK Chocolate House in Kota Kinabalu with LKM Director General Datuk Dr Ramle Hj Kasin. As one of the MICF exhibitors, Cocoa Kingdom supplies handmade chocolates to luxury hotels like Shangri-La Tanjung Aru, using cocoa sourced from their own plantation in Tawau, Sabah—a great example of local innovation supporting our national agenda to expand cocoa cultivation.
