BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The workshop aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding on how to produce aptamer using SELEX technology. Aptamers are known for their flexibility, rapidity, and cost-effectiveness in detecting various analytes, including proteins, antibodies, and metal. However, selection of aptamer is very important
due to its folding and binding based on physiological environment. This workshop will delve into the principles, applications, and advances in SELEX technology and its biocomputational approaches allowing participants to gain valuable insights into these cutting-edge technology.
