The 24th Edition of DokuFest International Documentary and Short Film Festival, will be held from August 01 - 9, 2025 in Prizren, Kosovo.
100 films across seven competition categories with Truth Dox Competition being paused for this year and is expected to return for the 2026, the jubilee edition of our festival.
Ahead of the full programme reveal, we will continue announcing special selections in the coming days, and a range of curated programs, panels, talks, masterclasses, and DokuNights music acts.
This year’s theme is not a concept, it’s a condition. ENDLESS GREED, MENTAL VOID is diagnostic, not thematic. It reflects how hard it has become to think clearly amid constant suffering, and how unable we are to respond proportionately to horror.
This is the atmosphere we are working in. A corrosion of hope. A paralysis of speech. Never before have we hesitated so much before announcing a theme. Not because we lacked vision but because vision itself is now suspect.
