姐さんに会って精麻に触れて
ココロもカラダもゆるみましょうの会
精麻をほぐしてもふもふしよー、から始まったこの会
浄化作用の高い精麻に触れ、
夢中でほぐすことで瞑想状態となり
ココロがゆるみカラダもゆるむ
すると、隠れていたホントの自分がひょっこり顔を出し
結果、自分の気持ちに気付き向き合える
というWSになりました
なんだかスッキリしないわぁ…
最近悩みがあって…
カラダの調子がいまいち…
自分のことがよくわかんない…
精麻に触ってみたい！
おしゃべりしたい！
姐さんに会いたい！
って方におすすめです
