Role Description -
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Kolhapur. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable product recommendations. Daily tasks will include handling sales inquiries, managing customer accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will also be involved in training new team members and managing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in the retail or cushion industry is a plus
