Self-inquiry workshop

We all know how important it is to learn, but do you know how important it is to unlearn?

In this weekly workshop series, we will practice a self-inquiry method for unlearning patterns of thinking that cause suffering in our lives. Tomas will guide you through questioning limiting beliefs, self-doubts, and fears specific to your own experiences. Join us upstairs at R10 for an evening of trying to understand ourselves and others better.
