CrossFit Never Forget is hosting our annual Memorial Day Murph WOD!

We will spend our morning remembering Lt. Michael Murphy and his fallen comrades who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
Following our WOD, we will spend the afternoon with our gym fam grilling out and tie-dyeing shirts!
