Shamrock Shakeup

Get ready to rev it up, then cool it down with this unique journey through flow, sculpt, and BOLD with our first annual Shamrock Shake-Up led by our favorite Irish/red-headed instructors!

Check-in at YOTL by 4:10pm. Together we will take on:

4:15-5pm Soul Sculpt Hot X with Laura & Heather
5:15-5:45pm BOLD Ride with Damon

5:45pm St. Patricks Day Social: including Irish small bites, Guinness and Jameson drink specials, patio activation, and DJ with Irish beats
$15 members; $25 non-members
