Ashtanga Yoga (Sunny Days Challenge)

Join Yoga on the Lake for Ashtanga Yoga classes in the month of July as part of the Sunny Days Activity Challenge!

Yoga classes are a $10 drop-in fee or the fee can be waived if you take a picture at the class and tag Yoga on the Lake on social media. Don't forget to also tag @HealthySheboyganCounty and use hashtag #SunnyDaysSheboygan or email in your picture for a chance to win prizes all month long!
