Schedule Sample: Monday to Saturday
07.00 to 08.00: Meditation Practice - OSHO Dynamic Meditation®
08.00 to 9.30: Tea Break (Refreshments provided)
9.30 to 10.10: Compassionate Sharing / Self-Inquiry
10.10 to 11.10: Breathwork Theory (Energies Sub & Transfiguration, Trauma management, Emotional awareness, etc.)
11.30 to 13.30: Breathwork practice
13.30 to 16.00: Lunch break and rest (Vegan buffet provided)
16.00 to 16.40: Compassionate Sharing / Self-Inquiry
16.40 to 17.40: Breathwork Theory classes (Music composition, The archetypes model, class structure.. etc.)
18.00 to 20.00: Breathwork practice and activities of the day (Biodevelopment, So ham, Awakening practice, etc.)
Sundays are your day off. The schedule structure will remain the same throughout, but the topics will change according to the program.
