Morning 5.5km Hike:
08:30 Meet at reception - registration
08:50 Welcome & Brief Overview
09:00 Start the HIKE

Afternoon 5.5km Hike:
13:30 Meet at reception - registration
13:50 Welcome & Brief Overview
14:00 Start the HIKE

Price per Hike:
R100 per person

During the Hike:
Scenic route, short pause halfway for some flavoured water and sweet treat

End of Hike:
Adults get a glass of bubbly paired with a spring celebrating cupcake
Kids get a sparkling grape juice paired with a spring celebrating cupcake

Optional after your Hike:
Cold Water Plunge & Breathing Exercises together with Craig ‼️
Bring your costume & towel

Dress Code for your Hike:
Be creative with a SPRING outfit
Flowers in your Cap or Hat
Happy bright colours
