Come and learn Argentine Tango. Join our friendly and welcoming classes at High Legh Village Hall, West Lane, High Legh, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 6LR. The hall is located in the “triangle” where West Lane (B5159) and Warrington Road (A50) meet approximately 2.5 miles away from M6 J20 and M56 J9.
Our classes are suitable for all levels from complete beginners upwards. Our Fundamentals class focuses on key techniques in Tango including the Walk, the Embrace, Pivots, Ochos, Giros and more.
Our second class builds on the first class to develop and consolidate technique and improve fluency of movement.
Students will learn Vals, Tango and Milonga and be exposed to music from the great masters to more contemporary music to give a greater depth and breadth to their tango experience.
The classes will run from 7-8pm and from 8-9pm and will be £8 for one class and £12 for 2 classes with a practica until 9.30pm included. Private lessons can still also be arranged. Let us know if interested.
