TUESDAY PRACTICE
All Frederick County rising 6th -12th graders are welcome. Please bring a well maintained bike, a proper fitting helmet, water bottles/hydration pack and close-toed shoes.
Interested kids can sign a waiver and try out 3 practices to see if they want to join the team.
