Tour de Lights is presented by Visit Knoxville and Bike Walk Knoxville!

Immerse yourself in holiday joy with this free, family-friendly bike ride, starting and ending at Mary Costa Plaza. This year’s event features a Holiday Market & Expo, food vendors, a Costume Contest, and a special guest appearance by Santa!

**For 2024, we have combined the registrations in one place! However, if you wish to ride and participate in the Costume Contest, you will need to register for both separately here on this event page!

This year, there is an exciting chance to WIN a mountain bike courtesy of AMBC but you must register for the ride! To enter for a chance to win, you may register as an individual or as a group, but please note that each registration—whether for an individual or group—counts as ONE entry for a chance to win a mountain bike courtesy of AMBC. Duplicate entries will not be accepted, and all registrants must be present to win — drawing at 7:15pm.

For the Costume Contest, there's no better way to get in the holiday spirit than to decorate yourself, your bike, your helmet, and/or your friends! Join in some pre-ride fun and participate in our costume contest for a chance to win some cool prizes from local businesses. Make sure to bring your A game; the competition gets tougher every year! — Costume Contest Registration does not register you for the ride or a chance to win the AMBC Mountain Bike! Judging will start at 4:15 pm on Saturday, December 14th at Mary Costa Plaza. All contestants must be registered, in costume and checked in by 4:00 pm to show off what you got! We will judge all entries by category, making sure everyone is ready to start the ride at 5:30 pm. Winners will be announced immediately following the bike ride at the Holiday Market & Expo stage in Mary Costa Plaza. Pre-registration is required for all contest participants. Please register now. Costume contest registration will close at 3:15 pm on Saturday, December 14th. No onsite registrations will be accepted this year.
