Printshop Yoga

Printshop Yoga: is a creative flow class with an emphasis on maintaining and increasing mobility as well as linking breath with movement to calm the mind. The class begins slowly, giving ample time to warm the muscles and stimulate blood flow before moving into flowing sequences that support increased flexibility, strength, and balance. A short meditation closes class before the opportunity to hang out and build community with other Printshop yogis. Led by Kandace Stephenson.
